How does the process work?

After you submit the IVF Specialist Request Form, we'll gather a few additional details to find your ideal candidate. You'll then receive 1 to 3 best candidates' information including their CV and an hourly rate. After the interview, you can choose to hire the candidate or continue interviewing. Once the contract is signed, you can work directly with the IVF professional without needing to go through us.

How soon can an IVF professional start working?

On average, it takes 2 to 4 days to identify the perfect candidate. After the interview, work can begin as soon as the candidate is available.

What is the total cost of IVF Nomads' staffing services?

The hourly rate of the IVF professional is the total amount the client pays for our staffing service, except for travel, lodging, and a $499 Switch Fee, which may apply in certain scenarios. A Switch Fee will be charged for each changed or added IVF professional after you have begun working with a talent. ​Each IVF professional has a different hourly rate, which will be provided once we identify a suitable match for your needs.

Who pays the transportation and lodging?

Travel and lodging fees are paid by clients and are only applicable if the IVF professional is flying from another city. However, because we prioritize matching professionals based on geographic proximity, many clients will not incur these expenses.

Can I work remotely?

Yes, IVF Nomads provide remote IVF consultants who can interpret test results, monitor patient progress, provide virtual consultations, train staff, and assist with administrative work including IVF laboratories.

Can I decide my hourly rate?

Yes, applicants can decide hourly rate at the time of registration which will be provided to clients. You can also change this rate once a year, by re-submitting your application.

How can I be added to Freelancer Profiles page?

You can re-submit your application and choose the option to share your profile for consideration. Whether your profile gets displayed will depend on your experience, background and the demographic representation from each region.

Do you verify the information in my application?

As part of our verification process, we may conduct background checks to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Will others know if I sign up?

Non-identifiable information (city, occupation, and years of experience) may be shared on our platform. Otherwise, your sign-up stays confidential. We will not contact your current employer for any reason or match with them.

How do I notify if I move to another city?

You can simply email us at info@ivfnomads.com with the new street address if you moved to another city and are allowed to work in that country.

Can I work in other countries?

You may work in other countries for an on-site role only if your nationality permits it, or if you hold a valid work visa or permit. Typically, IVF Nomads' clients do not sponsor work visas or permits, and you will be asked to verify your work eligibility. For a remote role, it is case-by-case.

Which countries can IVF professionals apply from?

IVF Nomads welcomes candidates from all over the world! Currently, our services are available in select countries, and we can only respond to inquiries from within these regions. However, if you're applying from a country we don't currently serve, we’ll keep your profile active for future opportunities as we continue to expand our global reach.

In which countries is your IVF staffing service available?

Our IVF staffing service is currently available for clients in Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States. Please note that this list of available countries are subject to change.
