User Agreemeent
User Agreement
By using our website and the liaison service ("Service"), IVF Professionals can seek job opportunities through IVF Nomads' extensive client network. Our services include access to the site, third-party communication tools, administrative support, reporting, and payment facilitation. To use any service provided by IVF Nomads, IVF Professionals ("users") must agree to these terms of use, which are considered acknowledged upon using our services. If you wish to use our service, whether by browsing or registering an account, you must first read and agree to this agreement. If you do not understand or do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
Authorization and Eligibility
If you are acting on behalf of a business or legal entity, you must have the authority to agree to these terms on its behalf. You agree to use our services for business purposes only and certify that you are eligible to enter into this agreement, including being at least 18 years of age. Accurate personal information must be provided at all times, and you must update your account promptly if any changes occur. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate your application or registration if the information provided is false, outdated, or incomplete.
Account Security and Usage

Account Access: You must keep your username and password confidential. Password sharing is not permitted; if someone from your organization requires access, the registrant must act on their behalf. Registrants are responsible for all activities on their account.

Hiring and Requests: Clients must submit an IVF Specialist Request Form each time a new IVF Professional is requested for a project. Clients can only hire IVF Professionals for the organization at the address provided to IVF Nomads.

Business Entities: Business entities operating at multiple locations may register each site as necessary. If you cannot log into an account associated with IVF Nomads, you should contact us for password assistance instead of re-registering with different contact information.
Service Nature and Limitations
IVF Nomads offers a work marketplace—a platform for IVF Professionals and clients to connect. We are not directly involved in negotiations or the delivery of services and are not a party to any agreements made between users. Users are solely responsible for their content shared with and published on IVF Nomads and for agreements made with other users. Since IVF Nomads is a platform that connects IVF Professionals to clients, we cannot guarantee the performance, functionality, quality, or timeliness of services offered, though we strive to ensure quality interactions. Users cannot expand or modify any warranty, liability, or indemnity stated in these terms of use.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
By using the services provided by IVF Nomads, the client and freelancer agree that any disputes, claims, or legal actions against IVF Nomads are strictly prohibited, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IVF Nomads from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to such dispute, claim, or legal action.
Responsibilities and Conduct
Users are responsible for registering with truthful information and maintaining current contact details with IVF Nomads to receive and respond to notices. IVF Nomads reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of our services if we believe you are abusing these terms, which may impact your ability to collect funds.
Tax Responsibilities
IVF Nomads reserves the right to modify any part of the services or fees without prior notice. Users are responsible for managing their own tax obligations, including submitting tax returns.
Modifications and Updates
